We worked hard to keep our construction costs low, then Cook Inlet Lending Center, a CIHA social enterprise, rounded up a variety of buyer finance and funding sources to keep your up-front costs and monthly payments far lower than they normally would be for a similarly priced home.

The financing package on these homes - which combines grants, very low interest loans as well as a standard first mortgage - results in monthly mortgage payments that are likely similar to, or perhaps less than, what you are currently paying your landlord in rent.
