Gorgeous New Homes for Sale Now!
CIHA is currently building 10 three and four bedroom, detached, single-family homes which will be selling for $189,000 to $203,000, depending on floor-plan. With more than $18,000 in grants and between $37,800 and $87,800 in additional assistance, payments on these homes are expected to range from $917 to $1,312 per month.

Old Brother Francis Shelter Demolished
Brother Francis Shelter staff and clients are enjoying their new facility, and the municipal maintenance barn that was intended as a temporary shelter has finally been demolished after 22 years of service to the homeless.
