Application Process

Applicants must complete an application and sign income verification paperwork that will then be reviewed by staff for income eligibility determination. Approved clients must attend an orientation class to become familiar with program requirements.
Loan Repayment
Most loans will require monthly, amortized payments. The minimum monthly payment will be $50. The full amount of any unpaid loan, plus accrued interest, will be due and payable upon sale of the property. Loan repayment (monthly payments) will begin of the first day of the month after the loan closing.
Affordability
The applicant must have an adequate source of income to meet all financial obligations for this loan program and all other obligations.
Income Eligibility
The household income of each applicant may not exceed 80% of the published median income established by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development. Applicants will be required to submit their most recent federal tax returns and at least one recent pay stub (if applicable).
