Cook Inlet Housing Authority Developing Senior Housing in Palmer
Cook Inlet Housing Authority is excited to be serving as developer for Chugach Colony Estates, a 31-unit senior housing development located in Palmer near the Palmer Pioneer Home.

TBRA Program: 5 Years of providing Opportunity and Growth
For the 267 clients assisted to date, the Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) program has worked to provide the opportunity for clients to live in safe, affordable housing of their choosing.
