2008 Parade of Homes

By paying attention to the "little things" CIHA has managed to build houses of exceptional quality, which have both received accolades from the Alaska housing industry and, more importantly, become homes that instill pride in so many of our families.


First Day of School

Resident Services staff and CIHA residents celebrate the first day of school with an Ice Cream Social and free books to take home provided by VOA.


Chugach Estates

Ken Anderson of Palmer Senior Citizens Center, Inc. and Carol Gore celebrate the grand opening of Chugach Estates. Chugach Estates, an independent living senior housing facility, provides 31 high quality homes.


Seldovia Green House

CIHA Construction Staff demolished and disposed of the old greenhouse, rebuilt the deck area, and constructed a new larger greenhouse on the south deck of Seldovia House -- another example of CIHA's quality work and attention to detail.


Grass Creek Village

CIHA staff share their enthusiasm for Grass Creek Village with family, friends, residents, co-workers and community partners. Conveniently located close to schools and shopping centers, Grass Creek Village is the first step in providing housing in the new Creek Side Town Center. Eighty families will call Grass Creek Village home and enjoy the high-quality development standards and town center philosophy.


Hooper Bay Contract Signing

CIHA looks forward to working with AVCP Regional Housing Authority to provide seventeen new affordable homes to the residents of Hooper Bay in the coming year.
