CIHA Kicks off the Construction Season

Cook Inlet Housing created an "industrial art gallery" complete with renderings of over 10 projects currently in the works throughout Anchorage representing a combined investment of over 70 million dollars. This investment will create 205 homes, 232 construction jobs and 98 permanent jobs! CIHA gathered with community partners to celebrate our combined efforts, receive recognition from the state for our accomplishments, begin demolition of the Wizard Car Wash and bless the ground where Mountain View Village Lofts—a mixed use building offering apartments and retail space—will be built. It was an action packed afternoon complete with air horns, ear plugs and hard hats. Be sure to join us at our upcoming events.
