Affiliates and Partners
In addition to providing direct service to clients, CIHA partners with other community organizations to ensure that a full continuum of housing services are available to address client needs. CIHA provides assistance to the homeless, nearly-homeless and those in need of transitional housing through partnerships with Catholic Social Services/Brother Francis Shelter, Catholic Social Services/Clare House, Covenant House Alaska, MY House (Mat-Su), The Ernie Turner Center, Cook Inlet Tribal Council, and The Municipality of Anchorage.
CIHA is one of five affiliated non-profit organizations of Cook Inlet Region Incorporated (CIRI), an Alaska Native Corporation with a mission of fostering the economic, social and cultural well being of its shareholders and their descendants. CIHA is the tribally designated housing entity (TDHE) for CIRI.
Our work creating and preserving affordable family and elder rental housing and affordable homes for sale would not be possible without the involvement of many partners. We are grateful for the dedication and support of the following partners:
Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC)
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
Key Community Development Corporation
Lumen Design, LLC
The Petersen Group
RIM First People
