Caswell Court offers independent living, senior housing for residents aged 55 years or older with low and modest household incomes. A total of 34 units will be available for households at or below 60% of area median income (AMI). One- and two-bedroom apartments will all be fully accessible and have sight and sound equipment to assist those seniors with sight and/or hearing impairments. Equal Housing Opportunity.

Caswell Court is the seventh senior housing building on Cook Inlet Housing’s Centennial Center campus. Its close proximity to the Eklutna Estates (2010) building, allows residents to take advantage of additional common space amenities such as a game room, library and community kitchen. Residents of Caswell Court will also have access to Centennial Center (2014) which features an exercise room, large library and computer room, snooker table, television lounge area and a dining room for the weekday Salvation Army lunch service. A robust offering of resident engagement activities and opportunities helps seniors remain active and engaged in their community, offering socialization, continuing education, health and wellness programs and volunteer opportunities.
