Invitation to Bid
Abatement& Building Material Removal
On behalf of Duke Apartments Limited Partnership, Cook Inlet Housing Authority (CIHA) will accept sealed bids from responsive and responsible Contractors for Abatement and Building Material Removal services. The project site is at the Duke Apartments, located at 630 West 8th Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska 99501.
The Work includes, but not limited to, the removal of all sheetrock on walls, ceilings and soffits,; electrical wiring; smoke detectors; thermostats; plumbing; vanities, tubs, and sinks; boilers and water heaters; ductwork; insulations; interior doors; flooring; wall tile and wall paneling; casework and cabinets and all associated finishes. Work is expected to begin late May 2019 and completed by June 2019.

This Invitation to Bid is not to be construed as a commitment of any kind nor does it commit CIHA to pay for any cost incurred in the submission of a bid or any other incurred costs prior to the execution of a contract.
