DUKE APARTMENTS RENOVATION PROJECT
On behalf of Duke Apartments Limited Partnership, Cook Inlet Housing Authority (CIHA) will accept sealed bids from responsive and responsible Contractors for the DUKE APARTMENTS RENOVATION PROJECT. The project site is at the Duke Apartments, located at 630 West 8th Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska 99501.
The scope of work for this development includes but is not limited to the removal of exterior canopies and roofing; civil site and utility work, new exterior finishes and canopies, providing new cabinets and counters, insulation & vapor barrier; interior doors & hardware; soffits, sheetrock walls and ceilings; flooring; appliances, boilers and water heaters; plumbing piping, toilets, vanities, tubs and sinks; ductwork; electrical service, wiring, lighting, data and security. Work is expected to begin late June 2019 and completed by July 31, 2020.
