Yenlo II Townhomes Development

On behalf of Yenlo II Limited Partnership, Cook Inlet Housing Authority (CIHA) will accept sealed bids from responsive and responsible Contractors for the YENLO II TOWNHOMES DEVELOPMENT. The project site is at the parcel located at Lot 1, Block 1, YENLO Square Subdivisoion, Wasilla, Alaska.
Work is expected to begin in August 1, 2020 and be completed by September 30, 2021. The final contract will be Yenlo II Limited Partnership c/o Cook Inlet Housing Authority (Developer). 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required for the project.
Preference will be given to Minority- and Women-owned businesses and Section 3 businesses. Minority- and Women-owned, and Section 3 businesses are encouraged to submit Bids.

This Invitation to Bid is not to be construed as a commitment of any kind nor does it commit CIHA to pay for any cost incurred in the submission of a bid or any other incurred costs prior to the execution of a contract.
