1300 West 36th Avenue Building Improvements

Cook Inlet Housing Authority (CIHA) will accept written proposals from responsive and responsible general contractors to furnish, install, and perform all the work necessary to complete the 1300 West 36th Avenue Building Improvements. The project is located near the intersection of 36th Avenue and Spenard Road, Anchorage, Alaska.
Work is expected to begin in June 2020 and be completed March 2021. The Work consists of building improvement, minimal landscaping, new ADA ramp and canopy, interior tenant improvements, roof replacement, new plumbing and HVAC, electrical work, and modest exterior finishes. 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required for the project.

* NOTE: RSVP required. RSVP to email@example.com for EITHER pre-bid walk-through (but not both). Only those who make a reservation will be admitted. Pre-bid walk-throughs are limited to 10 people maximum, including CIHA’s project manager.
PPE. Protective Personal Equipment of face mask is mandatory. Those without PPE will not be admitted.
