Tyonek Terrace is tucked in a serene, wooded corner of Cook Inlet Housing's Centennial Village Senior campus in East Anchorage. One of the smaller apartment buildings, you'll find a peaceful home surrounded by nature. Residents will enjoy the many, open common areas including a TV room, computer/library room, community kitchen and a "grandparents room" for active little visitors.  Tyonek Terrace also has a small private outdoor BBQ area.

All residents at Centennial Village have access to a weekday lunch program provided by the Salvation Army and CIHA's Resident Services team. In addition, residents may take advantage of a free weekday shuttle to nearby retail locations. Resident Services provides access to many local service providers and also plans holiday parties for the residents.
