Ridgeline Terrace offers 70 units of mixed-income housing, comprised of both family (50 apartments) and senior (age 55+, 20 apartments) rental units, located in the northeast neighborhood of Mountain View. Family housing units will be located in ten, 3-story townhouse style buildings and will offer two-bedroom, 1.5 bath and single car garages. Senior housing units, which are in four buildings, are single-story and include one-bedroom and two-bedroom units with1 bath and extra storage on-site. All senior units are sensory and mobility impairment equipped. All apartments have Washer/Dryer hook ups in-unit.
The on-site community building, known as the Jewel Jones Community Center, includes a multipurpose gathering space, Kids' Corps Head Start day care/education program and a Community Director's office.
Ridgeline Terrace features both photovoltaic and solar thermal alternative energy systems which will help reduce tenant paid utility expenses and operating costs.
Project Based Rental Assistance vouchers are available for income eligible households.
Rents for one-bedroom units (640 SF) , $945 + Electric & Refuse and for two-bedroom units (899 SF), $1,035-$1,191,+Electric & Refuse.
