RFP# 23T-CL-218

Cook Inlet Housing Authority (CIHA) on behalf of Cook Inlet Lending Center (CILC) is accepting proposals from responsible and responsive firm to provide comprehensive a digital loan origination system for residential lending and support for CILC, including software for loan origination and underwriting, reporting, and client management.

The mission of CILC is to invest in traditionally underserved people and communities, offering equitable access to affordable financial products and services that facilitate homeownership, strengthen local businesses, and build resilient neighborhoods. As a Native CDFI, CILC vigorously pursues opportunities to financially empower Alaska Native families, businesses, and communities.

Request for Proposal

Insurance Brokerage Services

RFP# 23P-LG-219

Cook Inlet Housing Authority (CIHA) will accept written proposals from responsive and responsible individuals and firms to provide a conceptual proposal to become the broker of record for CIHA. The Broker appointed will have full responsibility of implementing and marketing the program(s) selected by CIHA.


The initial term of the contract procured as a result of RFP 23P-LG-219 will be from the contract start date, approximately November 1, 2023 – October 31, 2025. In addition, the contract will include three (3) additional one (1) year renewal options based on satisfactory performance, mutual consent and agreed upon pricing (potentially 5 years total).


SPECIFIED DATES
Questions due date: No later than September 18, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. Alaska time. Questions received in writing by the deadline will be answered by addendum to all vendors.
Proposal due date: All proposals must be received at CIHA no later than September 29, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. Alaska time. Proposals must be received by CIHA by the deadline. Proposals received after this time shall be rejected. It is the proposer’s responsibility to ensure its proposal is received at the specified location and time.

PREFERENCE
Preference will be given to Alaska Native/American Indian, Small-, Minority- and Women-owned businesses. Alaska Native/American Indian, Small-, Minority- and Women-owned, are encouraged to submit Proposals. Contractors requesting a preference must submit form HUD- 5369-C with its proposal.

REQUEST FOR QUOTES- Harmony House 2nd Floor Interior Finishes Replacement Project

Abused Women’s Aid in Crisis (AWAIC) is a private, non-profit agency that provides emergency safe shelter for victims of domestic violence and their children. Located on AWAIC’s campus in Anchorage is Harmony House, which offers low-cost housing for up to two years to women making the transition to independent living. Harmony House is a two story, ten (10) bedroom facility with common bathrooms and living areas.

AWAIC is soliciting quotes from General Contractors to furnish, install and perform all work necessary for the removal and replacement of all interior finishes noted in the drawings for the 2nd floor only.

This project will be managed by Cook Inlet Housing Authority (CIHA) under contract to AWAIC.
