What We’re Looking For: 

• A proven leader with at least 4 years of property management or related experience. 
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building positive relationships. 
• Familiarity with property management software, HUD, and affordable housing regulations (LIHTC experience a plus!).
• A team-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with ease. 
• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is welcomed.
