REQUEST FOR QUOTES- Harmony House 2nd Floor Interior Finishes Replacement Project

Abused Women's Aid in Crisis (AWAIC) is a private, non-profit agency that provides emergency safe shelter for victims of domestic violence and their children. Located on AWAIC's campus in Anchorage is Harmony House, which offers low-cost housing for up to two years to women making the transition to independent living. Harmony House is a two story, ten (10) bedroom facility with common bathrooms and living areas.

AWAIC is soliciting quotes from General Contractors to furnish, install and perform all work necessary for the removal and replacement of all interior finishes noted in the drawings for the 2nd floor only.

This project will be managed by Cook Inlet Housing Authority (CIHA) under contract to AWAIC.
