Circuit Delivery Services
Cook Inlet Housing Authority CIHA is a state-chartered Housing Authority primarily funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development, with other State and private grant fund sources. Cook Inlet Housing Authority (CIHA) is accepting proposals from responsive and responsible organizations and firms to provide Circuit Delivery Services in Anchorage, Alaska.
Award of a professional services contracts for the specified work will include an initial two (2) year term with an option to extend for no more than three additional one-year terms based on available funding, satisfactory performance, agreed upon pricing and mutual consent.
All proposals must be received at CIHA no later than March 23, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. Any proposals received after that time and date will be rejected.

RFP packets will be available for download at www.cookinlethousing.org by January 26, 2023.
Proposals must be emailed, mailed, or hand-delivered to CIHA at 3510 Spenard Rd, Ste. 100, Anchorage, Alaska 99503 by the deadline. Proposals received after this time shall not be accepted. It is the proposer’s responsibility to ensure its proposal is received at the specified location and time.
Preference will be given to Alaska Native/American Indian, Small-, Minority- and Women-owned businesses. Alaska Native/American Indian, Small-, Minority- and Women-owned, are encouraged to submit Proposals. Contractors requesting a preference must submit form HUD-5369-C with its proposal.
This Request for Proposal is not to be construed as a commitment of any kind nor does it commit CIHA to pay for any cost incurred in the submission of a proposal or any other incurred costs prior to the execution of a contract.
