Cook Inlet Housing Authority (CIHA) is a state-chartered Housing Authority primarily funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development, with other State and private grant fund sources. CIHA is accepting written proposals from responsive and responsible organizations to provide M365 Records Management Consulting and Implementation.
The selected vendor will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Provide experienced guidance in the planning stages of project Implement M365 Records Management across multiple SharePoint sites to centralize and streamline electronic records management processes that follow the organization’s current records retention practices.
- Configure and deploy multi-step disposition workflows with approval and deletion processes.
- Ability to generate destruction reports.
- Develop and implement sensitivity labels and policies where appropriate to ensure proper handling and protection of sensitive information.
- Provide tailored education, training, and documentation for the Senior Records Manager with a hands-on approach throughout the duration of the project.
- Provide guidance on data loss prevention policies.
Proposals must be submitted, clearly marked: “Attn: Procurement, RFP# 24T-IT-203, M365 Records Management Consulting and Implementation – Do Not Open”. CIHA will reject proposals received after the deadline. Faxed proposals will not be accepted.
Mailed, hand-delivered and/or emailed proposals: Proposals must be received at CIHA, Attention: Procurement, 3510 Spenard Road, Anchorage, Alaska 99503 no later than May 6, 2024, at 4:00 p.m., according to the time clock located at CIHA’s front desk.
Questions Due: by April 19, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. Written questions received by the deadline will be answered by addendum to all vendors.
Proposal Due: All proposals must be received at CIHA no later than May 6, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. Any proposals received after that time and date will be rejected.
