This role is hands-on and varied— from mowing and raking to snow shoveling and equipment upkeep, it’s all about keeping things safe, clean, and welcoming for our residents and guests. What You’ll Be Doing
Grounds & Site Maintenance
- Perform manual labor including lifting/moving materials
- Rake and care for leaves, shrubs, plants, trees, and flowers
- Weed, mow, thatch, seed, and maintain lawn areas
- Provide snow removal and winter grounds care
- Assist with janitorial tasks and general property sanitation
- Performs general labor duties including debris removal, trash hauling and disposal, and site sanitation.
Equipment & Safety
- Operate and maintain lawn tools and mechanical equipment
- Safely apply treatments and sprays, prune shrubs and trees
- Maintain work sites in organized, clean condition
- Follow safety protocols and report any issues to the supervisor
Collaboration & Other Duties
- Work closely with other department staff as needed
- Receive assignments via written or verbal instructions
- Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned
- Ability to work independently and also with other team members

The Basics:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous yardwork experience and use of lawn equipment required
- Ability to lift 70-100 lbs and work in varied weather conditions.
- Knowledge of building maintenance and safety precautions
- Valid Driver’s License.
