Office Closures
October 7th, 2025
Monday, October 13, is Indigenous Peoples' Day and our offices will be closed. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, October 14.
Indigenous Peoples' Day is an official city and state holiday in various localities in the United States that celebrates and honors Indigenous American peoples and commemorates their histories and cultures. It is celebrated on the second Monday in October. The day is held in conjunction with the federal holiday of Columbus Day, as many federal offices, as well as banks, will be closed. State of Alaska offices will be open on Monday, October 13, however, many will close on Friday, October 17, to observe the state holiday of Alaska Day.
We live, work and play on the current and traditional lands of the Dena'ina. The Dena'ina have been the caretakers of the water, land, animals and plants of the region for thousands of years.
