October 2, 2023: Routes 21 Mountain View & 31 Northeast: People Mover is proposing combining these routes to provide direct service between Muldoon and Mountain View. With many stores at Northway Mall closed, the route isn't as helpful as it once was. There would no longer be service on 4th Avenue, 7th Avenue, and Klevin Street between Bragaw and Pine Streets. The busiest stop on this stretch of the route averaged no more than three (3) people boarding per day. A walk to either Pine or Bragaw Street is less than 1/4 mile. It would also shift service from Bragaw Street to Northway Drive between Penland Parkway and San Jeronimo Drive. The route will still operate in a counterclockwise direction west of Pine Street​.

It is also proposed that the route begin/end at Glenn Square instead of Northway Mall.
