Cook Inlet Housing Authority (CIHA) will accept proposals from responsive and responsible individuals and Contractors for Snow Removal Services.

Proposals must be submitted, clearly marked: “Attn: Procurement, RFP # 26T-RP-213, Snow Removal Services Creekside – Do Not Open”. CIHA will reject proposals received after the deadline. Faxed proposals will not be accepted.

• Mailed and hand-delivered proposals: Proposals must be received on July 30, 2026, 2:00PM at CIHA, Attn: Procurement, 3510 Spenard Road, Anchorage, Alaska 99503, no later than according to the time clock located at CIHA’s front desk.
• Emailed proposals: Proposals must be received no later than July 30, 2026, 2:00PM according to the time and date received by CIHA’s email server. Emailed proposals may be submitted to Procurement@cookinlethousing.org.

Offerors are strongly encouraged to visit each property by themselves. This is the Offerors’ opportunity to see each location before submitting your proposal. Walkthroughs need to be completed by July 20, 2026.

Cook Inlet Housing Authority (CIHA) is a state-chartered Housing Authority primarily funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development, with other State and private grant funds, and loan sources. Cook Inlet Housing Authority (CIHA) is accepting quotes from responsible and responsive contractors for the Cordova House Building Demo project, located at 5709 Cordova Street, Anchorage, Alaska.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, services, required permits and equipment for the completion of demolishing and disposing of all onsite structures, including above and below ground foundations and footings, fencing, standing debris around structure, any existing pavement and concrete, and all hazardous materials included in the BGES – HBMI report.
Additionally, the Contractor shall comply with all administrative requirements of the contract,
including the submission of a project schedule, safety plan, schedule of values, daily reports,
submittals and other tasks required under the contract.
The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining and paying for all local, federal, and any other
permits required to complete the work and obtain formal closeout documentation

House Building Demo”. CIHA will reject quotes received after the deadline. Faxed quotes will
not be accepted.

• Mailed and/or hand-delivered quotes: Quotes must be received CIHA, Attention:
  Procurement, 3510 Spenard Road, Anchorage, Alaska 99503 no later than the
  deadline stated in the Specified Dates according to the time clock located at CIHA’s front
  desk.
• Emailed Quotes: Quotes must be received by the Procurement Department at
  procurement@cookinlethousing.org. Quotes must be received no later than the deadline,
  according to the time and date received by CIHA’s email server.

CIHA will not be bound by any oral interpretation of this RFQ. Questions are encouraged and
must be sent in writing to Procurement by the deadline in the Specified Dates. Questions received
after the deadline will be disregarded. Substantive issues received by the deadline will be
